What are you like at tests? Not many people enjoy them because there's a good chance they will expose our short-comings.
In Jesus' letter to the church of Philadelphia he warns them about a time of testing that is coming, which will affect the small congregation there.
But testing is not something confined to the city of Philadelphia in the first century, so this letter has much to say to us as well!
